Exciting Product Developments

The meteoric rise of generative AI over the past year has raised the stakes for security practitioners. Veracode Fix, launched in April 2023, introduced to the market an intelligent remediation solution that helps organizations protect the growing attack surface and reduce security debt at scale. The tool provides developers with AI-generated fix recommendations, enabling them to deliver secure software faster, for less effort and cost. CRN Magazine named Veracode Fix one of the 20 Hottest Cybersecurity Products and CSO Online published that it was one of the most interesting products to see at RSA Conference 2023.

To enhance the developer experience even further, the company launched DAST Essentials and the Veracode GitHub App at AWS re:Invent in November 2023. The new features seamlessly integrate security into the software development process and enable easy adoption of application security risk management techniques in developer environments.

Veracode strengthened its executive leadership team with two new hires in 2023. Andre Cuenin joined the company as Chief Revenue Officer and Alexandra Gobbi joined as Chief Marketing Officer. The company also established a new Business Intelligence function, led by Pete Ellis, who was promoted to Chief Strategy Officer and leads corporate strategic planning, Program Management & Transformation, Pricing, and M&A.
