We know that building high quality, high performing applications is difficult. We took significant time and energy to refresh the Veracode Community. Quality support, knowledge, tools, and connection are integral to seeing this vision through. And that is exactly what the Veracode Community provides – now more easily than ever.
What’s new in the new Veracode Community?
We’ve crafted a more welcoming place where everyone can come together to share experiences, learn, and find support on their own terms. We also focused on making the Veracode Community easier to use and navigate – with faster access to support through real-time recommendations and featured content on the Homepage. Here’s a closer look at what exactly you’ll find in the new Veracode Community.
Empowered Self-Service
The Customer Journey is a new section of the Veracode Community designed to empower you on a self-service journey. This feature guides both Application Security Managers and Developers through a roadmap of resources to build out a successful application security program.
Simplified Navigation & Onboarding
Simplified navigation, including “breadcrumbs”, helps make navigating throughout the Community easier. We’ve also simplified the onboarding flow for new users – so you can fill out your profile and get involved quickly (what used to take many steps, now happens in a few clicks! ).
Global Search Page
It’s so nice to get clear results when you make a search, right? Now your search results will surface with less visual clutter, making it easier for you to both find content you’re looking for, as well as other related content.
Fun Ways to Learn and Engage
The new “Do you have the Answer?” section displays the top unanswered questions from the forums so you can share the difficult solutions you’ve come up with. When you do, our revamped Veracode Village Awards makes it easier for you to build your reputation and collect badges.
