Brian Roche is the Chief Executive Officer of Veracode and a recognized expert in Application Security Engineering, Cloud Native Technologies, Cloud Operations and AI.
An award-winning cybersecurity leader and a pioneer of the early DevOps movement, Brian is also a passionate public speaker on AI, Application Security, DevOps, and digital transformation. With over 25 years of leadership, he has a proven track record of helping global enterprises transform their people, technology, and strategic advantage to compete and succeed in the digital economy. Over the course of his career, Brian has led multi-million dollar software and services businesses, in various leadership roles at EMC, Cognizant, and most recently at Medidata. Brian has been a member of the Cloud Foundry Board acting as a strategic technology advisor.
An avid athlete, musician and writer, Brian enjoys channeling his creativity while also supporting youth soccer.
Chris Wysopal is the Chief Security Evangelist at Veracode, responsible for enhancing the company’s industry presence, advocating robust security practices, and fostering customer and peer relationships. Prior to co-founding Veracode in 2006, Chris was vice president of research and development at security consultancy @stake, which was acquired by Symantec. In the 1990s, Chris was one of the original vulnerability researchers at The L0pht, a hacker think tank, where he was one of the first to publicize the risks of insecure software. He has testified to the US Congress on the subjects of government security and how vulnerabilities are discovered in software.
Chris is a highly influential and sought-after voice in the software security industry. He is the author of “The Art of Software Security Testing” and was instrumental in developing industry guidelines for responsible disclosure of software vulnerabilities. MIT Technology Review wrote in 2019 that Chris “has worked for decades to demand secure technologies from influential tech companies.”
Chris received a BS in computer and systems engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In his free time, Chris enjoys photography and hiking the conservation trails near his home outside Boston.
Peter Ellis is Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, Peter leads strategic responsibilities with respect to corporate planning, business strategy and intelligence, M&A, and identifying opportunities for continued product portfolio expansion and market growth. He has more than 15 years’ experience in various corporate development roles at companies such as Monotype and Advantage Solutions. Peter holds a BA in International Business and Marketing from Grand Valley State University and holds an MBA in Global Business Management from Temple University.
Alexandra (Alex) is Chief Marketing Officer at Veracode. She has over 20 years of global go-to-market experience that spans category creation, brand repositioning, demand generation, market intelligence, and business development for technology, cybersecurity, and professional services organizations. Alex previously served as CMO for data security and Insider Risk Management leader Code42, MSSP and XDR player Secureworks and for internet-become network solutions provider EarthLink. Alex started her career in advertising at BBDO, followed by management consulting at A.T. Kearney. She loves building high performance teams that drive growth through collaboration and focus.
Dawn Rogers is Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. She leads Veracode’s legal function and in her role as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, Rogers supports Veracode’s commercial efforts as the company expands its business in North America and internationally and provides oversight and support on matters related to corporate governance, compliance and intellectual property management. In addition to bringing more than 15 years of experience in legal roles, Rogers is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a CIPP/E and a CIPM, and will guide Veracode on its compliance efforts. Rogers joined Veracode from Monotype, a font technology and design asset company, where she was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Americas and Asia Pacific. Prior to Monotype, she held legal counsel roles at Autodesk and Moldflow Corporation. Rogers earned her B.S from Emerson College and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
Ravi Iyer is the Chief Product Officer at Veracode, where he leads product strategy and innovation. Ravi is instrumental in driving the development and enhancement of Veracode’s product offerings to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the industry. With an impressive track record of success across critical fields, including application security, network, mobile, endpoint, Ravi has deep experience launching industry-leading SaaS solutions to the market.
Prior to joining Veracode, Ravi led product teams at Splunk, Synopsys, and Cybereason, where he launched new solutions, expanded portfolios, and drove significant market growth. Most recently, he led a key Secure by Design initiative at Ivanti, underlining his commitment to security-first principles.
Beyond his technical expertise, Ravi has a strong reputation for building high-performing teams, nurturing customer relationships, and working alongside global go-to-market organizations. Outside of his professional endeavors, Ravi is passionate about spending quality time with his family, exploring nature through hiking, indulging in culinary experiments, and playing tennis.
Sanjay Mandloi is the Head of Engineering and Operations for Veracode. With more than 20 years’ experience leading global teams to transform products and services to create innovative solutions for customers throughout their product lifecycle, Sanjay specializes in creating solutions for hard and complex technology problems. He has a proven track record in applying design thinking, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and rapid application development approaches across multi-site global environments. Sanjay has held previous senior roles at Medidata, GS1, Johnson & Johnson, JP Morgan Chase, and Merrill Lynch and holds both a B.Sc. in Environmental Science from St. Joseph’s College and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham. Sanjay is passionate about mentoring and curating talent and developing his teams to have the specialized skills needed to accelerate growth and innovation and increase productivity.
Katie Kulikoski is Chief People Officer for Veracode and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s global People function, including culture development, talent acquisition, engagement, change management, process effectiveness and people experience.
Katie has spent more than 20 years leading people functions in growth-oriented technology companies. Previously, she led the talent strategy for Progress Software as Chief People Officer. In her tenure with Progress Katie delivered a best-in-class experience for the people, led the successful integration of multiple acquisitions, and grew the company by over 50% during her five years leading the People function.
Katie has also held People leadership positions at Brightcove, Optaros, CIDC and ConnectEDU, where she was committed to building winning, people-first cultures and delivering stellar experiences for her colleagues. Katie earned her BA in Politics from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
